About Sobo
Sobo Chocolate was started in 2007 by Helen & James – fed up with our boring desk jobs we wanted to bring marvellous chocolate to everyone.
We spent endless nights teaching ourselves how to make chocolate, cookies and ice-cream (whilst still tied to the desk during the day) – but we could feel this was the start of something pretty special!
Everything is handmade by our oompa loompas in our kitchen in Islington. We use the finest ingredients we can get our hands on, UK sourced where available and there are no preservatives or nasty bits in anything we make.
You’ll notice the difference when you bite into one of our marvellous chewy cookies or super-gooey brownies.
